My inner journey began with poetry and my two books: Desde la lluvia and Señales, as well as my foray into video art (London). I have been committed to my own healing and transformation, facilitating others' encounter with their own voice, creativity and plenitude.
During my travels around the world I have had the opportunity to take part in many types of profound Ceremonies. My travels include Egypt, Srilanka, Peru, Argentina, Mexico, England, Spain and my beloved Colombia where I currently reside for the past 14 years. For 12 years I have had the honor of taking part in intense indigenous rituals and practices in the great heart of the world.
I had the great fortune to train with my great mentor Cristobal Jodorowsky (studies in deep psychology, psychogenealogy and tarot) in addition to my studies in Gestalt Therapy, integrative art therapy (Spain), reiki and crystals (Argentina) and with extensive practice as a holistic teacher in creativity and psychodrama workshops at the Externado University of Colombia and as an international workshop facilitator.
I facilitate a comprehensive therapy that works with our four bodies (physical, mental, emotional and consciousness) to return to balance, creativity and the discovery of our life purpose. With emphasis on body expression, psycho-shamanism, active meditations and constellation movements.
I offer personalized, group, in-person or online sessions.
